A & A Foundations is a foundation, masonry and waterproofing contractor based in Beaufort, SC. We are American owned, and we bring 25+ years of team experience in foundation and masonry work to homes and small commercial projects across Beaufort County.

We pour footings and slabs, lay block, brick and stone, and protect walls against water. Our services cover foundations, masonry, brick veneers, foundation and masonry work for additions, new chimneys, fireplaces and columns, waterproofing, weather barriers, and sealants.
Experience shows in the parts you cannot see later: footing depth, flashing laps that direct water out, metal ties that hold brick to the wall, and weep holes that let trapped water drain. We get those details right before they are covered.
